I'm med resistant, nothing works and my new Dr wanted me to try these before she prescribed lithium. My mood is WAY better, I actually have energy!! I don't feel so blue or overwhelmed either. I am simply amazed these work so great for me. I didn't experience any drowsiness, quite the opposite, or any other side effects. I take 10 mg 2 times a day. It doesn't mess with my other meds either. I also have ADHD and take Adderall, which makes me tired, and this helps with my focus as well. Overall I can't say enough good things about this!

Lithium is a miracle mineral and very much needed one. I heard we are all deficient in Lithium. I started to take it and my focus is sharper now. Works exactly like I expected of it.

Update: I went back down to 5mg because10mg made me less sensitive sexually. I have also noticed even on 5mg that I am no longer tender headed when I brush my hair. Seems to lessen physical sensitivity. I am going back up to 10mg. I am menopause age and these help control crying spells and depression better at 10mg than 5mg.Original post: These are great. I started with 5mg for 6 weeks. I went to 10mg to see if there was more benefit. Seemed like there was more benefit so I am happy with these. Helped my depression feelings a great deal. They did make me tired for a week or two at first.

Bought this brand over my usual lithium orotate due to the cheaper price. I've long taken 10mg nightly which resolves my GI symptoms. Noticed some symptoms coming through after a week or so, and doubling to 20mg only improved results slightly. Switched back to taking a 10mg of one of the more expensive brands, and there was an immediate difference the next day. No clue if there is truly any difference in the formulation or if there is something else in this product that interferes with uptake, but I personally felt noticeably better with weyland and mercene.

In lieu of the latest events lithium supplements were recommended to me by my doctor. I was so distracted, that couldn’t concentrate on my work, switching to news channel multiple times a day. Finally, when I came to realization that I was suffering from anxiety and it wasn’t going away, I contacted my Dr. and bought lithium orotate. It didn’t take long to start feeling the difference. I can finally work all day, my mind is sharp, and head is clear. I know it is also called a memory pill. Hopefully I’ll benefit from that property of this supplement as well.
