I purchased this set after purchasing the extra-large scoop separately and loving it. I was very happy with the set until I tried to use the smallest scoop. It constantly kept getting hung up while I was trying to use it. I contacted the company about the defect, but they have not contacted me back. I had not had an opportunity to use the smallest scoop until after the return window so I'm assuming I am out of luck.Edit: The company did get in touch with me. They replaced the scoop that was not working properly. I am now a very happy customer. These are very comfortable scoops to use and I am now happy I have a complete, perfectly working set.

The (set of three) scoops I own are excellent kitchen tools I use whenever making muffins/cupcakes, mini-muffins, drop biscuits/dumplings, cookies, meatballs, and for scooping ice cream. Even though the largest size is a bit smaller than a typical ice cream scoop, its size makes it easier and neater to fill ice cream cones. You get consistent sizes and quick release of batter or whatever you’re scooping. The threesome makes a wonderful gift, too, as they come in lovely pouches and an attractive box. I’m very pleased with my purchase and plan to give sets to my daughter and granddaughters. I know they will be as pleased as I am.

I bought these in April 2016. I don’t use them often, but when I do, they work great! The individual plush blue storage sacs seemed a waste when they arrived… but after almost 8 years they’ve kept them in essentially new condition despite being in a huge drawer with all my other loose gadgets. So, they’re pricey, but they work, and yes you really do want the different sizes. Making cookies is very fast now!

They are gorgeous and well made! I was also taken by how lovely the velvet pouch presentation was. They’ve been a part of my kitchen’s annual Christmas baking endeavor for several years now. As wonderful as they are I have a hard time with how slippery the handles become. Sometimes they will get slick and slide and catch my finger in the handle squeezing process and it really hurts. I was hoping there was a pair of grips available I could try. Thanks!

Really love the feel and quality of these scoops. And their packaging is super high-end -- special gift material!!! They work super easily - and the cookie dough readily comes out perfectly with no sticking. My 3 year old grandson made apple balls with the smallest scoop - how's that for easy to use and sturdiness?!!My only complaint is that the volume is not etched into the handle somewhere. That is a real design flaw, unless I totally missed it - and I looked pretty hard for it! These would be a great gift for the baker's in your life!

I have been an amateur chef for years and have slowly started adding top quality equipment and tools to my kitchen collection. When I received these as a Christmas gift I was thrilled. Let me tell you, these scoops are amazing. After years of using scoops from all kinds of brands such as Williams Sonoma, to name a few, they have always failed me. These are extremely well built, top notch quality and work like a dream. Before you waste anymore of your money on other scoops I seriously recommend you save your energy and buy these. You will not regret it.

This product seems like it's great quality. Robust handle, sturdy and beautifully packaged. Haven't used it yet for cookies yet but it looks like it will do the trick for dough without breaking like my other ones. Delivery person left package at our gate in the snow and I didn't get it until the next morning which was odd, fortunately it wasn't damaged.
