So far I have really enjoyed this vitamin D3 and K2 combo. The absorption feels quick, and the 5,000 IU dose is just right for me. Very easy to swallow and it seems to be working. Happy with the results so far, and I plan to keep using it for my immune and bone health.

I have tried several vitamin D products, some of which offered limited absorbency, so I like this product, which appears to offer better absorbency. Disclaimer: I have not followed up with testing my vitamin D levels, since I started taking this product, but I do feel more healthy, with fewer and more minor upper respiratory infections, and no flu, so far, and this product may be contributing to this. Several things I like about this product: 1) This product's D3 comes from a plant-type algae called lichen, which is a far superior source of vitamin D3, compared to lanolin, which is sourced from sheep, and used in the majority of vitamin D products on the market. 2) This supplement also includes two forms of vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7). Vitamin K2 is critical in moving the body's calcium out of the soft tissues and into the bones and teeth. if you're taking Vitamin D, it's absolutely critical to also take vitamin K2. As mentioned, this supplement includes two forms of vitamin K2, which is not found in most of the other vitamin D supplements on the market. Both forms are important, so it's great that this product includes both. 3) This is a very clean product, with no harmful or inflammatory fillers. I give this product my top rating. I use this product daily, along with taking vitamin C.

After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore.Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

I am allergic to lanolin. I bought these supplements because they claim to be vegan. Thanks to one of the buyers called company and they confirmed these are from lanolin. I have had reflux for months since starting these pills. I am very angry.Thank you so much for solving the mystery of my heartburn.
