Boppin Baby pacifier clips are hand crafted in the USA from the finest 100% cotton material. The process starts by first selecting the material from amongst hundreds of various cotton materials. We don't use cotton blends in our products only true 100% cotton material. Next, the material is cut into strips the size of the pacifier clip. The strips are then hand-ironed to press out the wrinkles and to crease the edges leaving a perfect template for sewing the cotton cordage into place. Step two, involves cutting the strong organic cotton cordage into small strips which holds the soother, teether, etc., in place. Next, the strips of material and cordage are married together creating a beautifully sewn pacifier clip which is now ready for the metal clip to be sewn in. After this is done, we sew in the heavy duty metal clip which has a metal grommet that reduces the possibility of breaking, which occurs with clips that have plastic holding the grip into place. In our final step, we take a pair of scissors and trim off all the small pieces of thread left over after sewing, leaving a beautifully handcrafted, high quality pacifier holder that is made with love for your precious little baby.
