Value for money
The adjustable stems didnt work. The instructions to contact customer services are not correct in the instructions and the attempt to contact them was not successful. I was able to contact them via Amazon. They sent the part replacement asap and follow up with me until the issue was solved. The lamp is beautiful and easy to assemble.

think twice before buying. directions are terrible, glass containers are very sharp on bottom, its heavy to hold while installing--need a second person, wood is much darker than pic......and I'm missing a part.NOT good
