There's nothing but good things to say about this awesome mic! It sounds crystal clear and punchy with a nice open top end. It's very solid, perhaps slightly lighter weight than SM58 and comes with on/off switch standard. At a glance it looks identical. Compared yesterday at my band's studio rehearsal to a standard SM58. The Stagg just cut through the mix very nicely with silky clear smooth top end. where the standard SM58 had a much duller and lower output. IMHO this is just a better more improved 58. Just get one, you won't regret it. I will always prefer this one over the standard SM58 from now on. I'm a convert!
