A 6mm Light Amethyst Swarovski Crystal heart set in Medical Plastic. Why Medical plastic? Medical Plastic is a completely nickel free setting that guarantees happy ears! For comparison purposes, these 6mm stones are about the size of a 3/4 carat heart shaped diamond. As always, our earrings are sold by the pair with backs and come in a Clean Pack. In the transparent Clean Pack bubble, one pair of earrings are hygienically packed. The Medical Plastic backs are friction grip backs that slide on and slide off. These are not screw on backs or safety backs. *Important: Do not clean medical plastic earrings with alcohol or peroxide. It can turn them yellow and brittle. Use a gentle soap and water for cleaning. Also, medical plastic earrings are more fragile than metal earrings, handle with care.

LOVE these earrings!
I suspected my daughter had an allergy to her metal earring when after a year of having them pierced they still would bother her. After a friend suggesting this brand I decided to try them out and after only a month of wearing them her ears look SO much better. They are on the bigger side on her little ears but she loves them and especially the purple. We are going to be buying her another pair soon but the only thing I'm disappointed in is that there are not options for hanging earrings. She LOVES wearing special "dangly" earrings for special occasions so I'm on the search for a pair that are the same medical grade plastic.

lovely color and great quality
My daughter loves her new earrings. I feel better using the medical grade plastic in her sensitive ears. The color and shape is perfect for my 6-year-old. She loves to show them off.
