I find that grinding 10 grams of coffee for one cup is a lot easier than grinding 30 grams of coffee beans which is pretty much the maximum for this grinder
For what this is it works very well. I find that grinding 10 grams of coffee for one cup is a lot easier than grinding 30 grams of coffee beans which is pretty much the maximum for this grinder. It does take a surprising long time to grind 30 grams of beans, like 5 minutes.... I guess I was expecting something else. Not a deal breaker for what it is, which is a manual grinder. It's not because it's hard to turn it just takes awhile to grind through I guess. Overall pleased with this purchase and I do like the grind of coffee it produces!

I have been slowly refining my taste for coffee for years and just recently learned of the benifits of a burr grinder. The $100 price tags on electric units made me think twice but i found this hand grinder and couldnt be happier! I had 6 people in the house for a few days just after i recived this grinder and every one of them commented on how good the coffee was every morning. Its just a couple minutes of hand grinding and BOOM! Great local beans turn into great drip coffee for everyone! I mostly use it for a cup of pour over in the morning but being able to provide for guest is still reasonable and delicious!

Works For Me
Pros: Easy to use, consistent results, well-priced. I have enjoyed all of the coffee I have made with this grinder.Cons: The handle will sometimes slip off the top (it is supposed to come off so the cover can be removed but it comes off a little too easily), does not seem to have much capacity, can take a few minutes to grind depending how fast you feel like going (not necessarily any slower than any other manual grinder, but something to consider before purchasing).Summary: Works well for personal use if you have the time and are not making much coffee (I use a pour-over cone brewer and can spend 10-20 minutes total making a coffee, though I generally take my time so others may go faster). If you don't fit this bill either get an electric grinder or buy ground coffee.

but it would have been nice to have a printed paper manual
5 for the product; 4 for the packaging. We have only used it once with our Moka pot. I bought it for my husbands anniversary present. It did take us a while to grind all of the coffee, but we did get a lot. However I imagine we will get the right amount after a couple of more tries and we will grind it faster. The package was very simplistic it came in a box and no manual. The manual was emailed which saves on cost, but it would have been nice to have a printed paper manual.

Compact, easy to use, easy to clean.
I'm impressed. I really thought my hand was going to cramp or maybe that it would take a long time to grind but it doesn't. I use this for my espresso machine and I grind enough beans to pull four shots. The size is compact, it isn't difficult to grind, and pouring the beans in the top is actually pretty easy despite previous customer reviews. The plastic cup in the bottom comes out making cleaning pretty easy.

Perfect for a single person using k-cups!
It’s manual so obviously it’s gonna take a bit of work to get the beans ground but it isn’t too difficult. I grind them while I’m watching tv since it isn’t loud.I also like that it’s adjustable for different fineness.

Love this grinder
You can grind a lot more coffee at a time than you would think. You can also adjust how fine or coarse you want your coffee grinds to be which is very nice. Overall if you want to enjoy the little details of your coffee brewing experience you’ll love this little gadget

Good value if you are prepared to grind by hand.
If you are willing to put in about five minutes of cranking for each serving, a double espresso is very decent with this grinder. The cranking is relatively easy and mostly quiet. My grinder did not come with disassembly/reassembly instructions. However, there are only a couple of ways the internals can be reassembled; trial and error worked. Overall, I am quite satisfied for the price.
