This bowl is cute and larger then I thought. More than enough room for ramen , fried rice etc. I love the notch for my chop sticks. It has more of a matte finish then glossy finish. You probably should hand wash it but I have put mine in the dishwasher and it was just fine. Gave one as a gift with a ramen basket and she loved it !

Love it right out the box..its a piece of art I get to eat out of , plus it came with perfect size chopsticks . Another plus it came with a nice amount of bubble wrap, I'm happy with happy !😃 I use it for noodles and rice cakes.. Savory foods !

I bought this for my granddaughter who is in college and loves ramen noodles. I think this will be a big hit for her white elephant gift. Not sure how sturdy this is yet.

Make well. Make sure you rinse it well after use. No harsh scrubbing or abrasions should be used on it.

One of my daughters favorite Christmas gifts. She loves Ramen and this was perfect for her! Nicely made, easy to clean.

My daughter eats a lot of ramen and other pasta dishes. She says it’s the perfect size.

Bought this for a friend which is particular of not pointing his chopsticks at people or planting them in his food. So far, it's the perfect bowl for him. The hole is a the right place and the right size, the bowl itself is also a good portion (a bit above a standard occidental bowl, which is perfect to hold a rice portion under the main course).The only criticism came from the texture of the bowl itself, which continues inside of it. Which also mean the feeling and the sound of chopsticks grating the bottom give the impression of a granulated though substance being there... without there really being any. This doesn't affect the quality of the bowl or food in any way, but if you'd prefer your eating done in something more slippery... then this might be a pass.But yeah... otherwise, would definitely think about completing the set with those as older bowls will break.
