Holds phones well, slight wobble if touched or moved...
Just what I needed to hold 2 phones on a tripod... however, I received my order and was missing a part. I asked the seller if I really needed to send the order back since I was only missing a single part. Never heard back, so I would say not very responsive. I did however, get a complete replacement set, via Amazon return policy, and returned my incomplete set, so mission accomplished, just had no interaction with the seller, take it for what it's worth. With new phones sizes and increased weights, this wobbles a bit, it's plastic. I use it to film sports, one LIVE, one recorded or wide angle. If I adjust phones, it will wobble a wee bit. Maybe wish the primary holding part was metal. I don't feel there is any danger of it falling, just the wobble when touching either phone while filming. Still use it a LOT! and love the convenience of holding two phones. Easy to adjust and holds phones well.

Wobbly
Good design functionality but could be made with aluminum for better stability. When two phones or even one is mounted the slightest tap sends the whole setup wobbling like a diving board. I just got it but im having doubts about it's durability. Over all, it's ok.

Great value and quality!
This setup is kind of a 2-fer in the application I'm using it. One of the phone holders is spring-loaded and securely fits my older Galaxy Note as well as my newer S model and there's quite a difference in the size. The 2nd holder utilizes a hand-tighten clamp which holds both devices very well. Both have 1/4" female threads and will mount easily on any standard tripod or gopro styled accessories. My application is POV driving and both of the included holders attach easily to the suction mounts used for my videos. I attach one to the front windshield and the other to the rear window. The rearward one allows capturing gearshifts and speedometer/rpm to be seen.I am 100% satisfied with the quality, ease of use AND price for this accessory and would recommend it to anyone.

It's Fiddly. It works but has some flaws, including a guaranteed-to-break flip stand.
I have a large phone. (Galaxy S21 Ultra). The good news is that both clamps can accommodate my phone while the phone remains in its Otterbox case. The bad news is that there is no where near enough clearance for me to rotate the phone once seated and my large phone is offset from the center in vertical orientation (because the clamp opens only to one side), it's a little less stable. All the components are plastic, but the mounting threads and clamp are metal. I suspect that under vibration the combination "cold shoe/clamp tightener" will loosen - there is no locking mechanism. One thing that I discovered you can do with this clamp is to remove the back lock screw and use it through a plate as the connector... you just have to pop the lock washer off the knob/screw. This is significant because while the expected use is to attach the clamp directly to a tripod screw, it's more convenient to use a quick mount plate (or rail) that can be attached to a tripod. Indeed, it would be more valuable to me if it actually came with a separate knob with 1/4" threads so I could attach it to a plate or even a 1/4" bolt that I could use to attach it to a quick release plate - though most plates do come with such hardware. Using the knob as a clamp to a plate is not optimal, however, because then you would have only one way to orient the clamp. Finally, while the cold shoe has the proper hardware to attach it back-to-back to a camera hot shoe, that arrangement strikes me as very fiddly I'd I'd be worried about breaking my hot shoe. In addition to that, there is a problem in that the cold shoe of the clamp is used to tighten the bracket to the phone... meaning it's not likely to be oriented properly unless you over or under tighten it!With the Galaxy S21, you really can't clamp the phone in the center (landscape mode) because the clamp compresses one of the buttons on the phone... not the fault of the clamp, of course. The second, smaller clamp has a spring for compression and a "flip/kick stand". The kick stand is so flimsy I broke it the first time I tried to use it. The flip stand would not have been usable on my large phone because the "kick stand" is too short. In summary, the flip stand is flimsy, some of the design decisions decrease it's usability and it came with no instructions or illustrations to indicate possible configurations. That may not matter to those who use these kinds of products a lot, but may prove frustrating to first timers or beginners.

Just what I was looking for! A double phone holder for tripod
It didn’t come with instructions so it took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to tighten what where, because I didn’t notice at first that there was 2 tightening nuts on the middle adapter. They were twisted But after just a minute I figured it was actually two and everything went smoothly from there. Twisting the top knob on the bottom holder adjusts that one wider or slimmer to fit your phone. The top holder is spring loaded. You just slip your phone in it and stretch it open until your phone fits in. It is exactly what I was needing.

Works as Advertised
Good product that works well regardless of video needs. I operate an iPad and iPhone to record volleyball games and it works great. Thank you!
