After suffering with lift anything lateral due to an arm injury, using these around the wrist has changed the game for me! Taking the injury part of my arm out of the exercise I can now train properly

Good quality, can't fault it.Although I did think I was getting 2 but didn't read it clearly. My fault. Like probably many, I look at lot's of others. And most are for 2 and thought this was as well.But It does say only 1 so no complaints. Again my fault.
