Worth the long wait
Eminently suited for Indian cooking. Vinod is a well regarded brand in India and the product certainly looks and feels like it is of good quality. If it is anything like the Vinod pressure cooker I bought many, many years ago (and still use) this may well be a keeper.

Hugely disappointed, faulty product, non-cooperative manufacturer.
After using the kadhai carefully as per the directions given in the manual the black coating came off. I contacted Vinod cookware, emailed the pictures of the damage to them and corresponding for a month they refused to replace the faulty Kadhai. I am hugely disappointed. I will never ever purchase anything from them again. Very unprofessional behaviour.

In love with this kadhai. Definitely the best option in the market right now.Usage Tips:Make sure to completely dry kadhai immediately after washing it to keep it rust free. I put my kadhai on the stove for 30 secs post-washing to ensure there is no water traces.Pro Usage Tip:To make kadhai non-stick,High heat the kadhai (dry) + Add cold oil= Non-Stick Kadhai

Waste of money
The quality of this product is pathetic, I have just used it once and I can see rust patches on the base. It is so evident that the material is of very low standard that it has started rusted post one wash.

Good product, though a bit higher cost
A Very good product, but its priced high. But considering the options available, this one seems the best option. Heat distribution is good. Even though heavy, cooking is fast & does not consume lot of gas & also can cook in less oil (less than steel kadhai). Its pre-seasoned so you can start using it straight away. Glass lid with rubber side works very well and side handle covers helps a lot. Just one question bothers me, availability of the lid rubber as it will wear off with time
