This specific brand was recommended to me to help with sleep. I will say that I was told to take double the amount recommended on the bottle, but I have not done that yet, because I was worried about possible stomach upset. I have been taking the recommended amount per the manufacturer and I am six days in, and already feeling like I am sleeping better. I do to bed when I start yawning at night, which never happened in the past and I feel better when I wake up in the morning. I am still waking up a few times at night, so I will likely begin to increase my dose over the next few weeks.

Reached out for this after having a very hard time sleeping. This helped get over that rough spot. I used all of the product and will reach out for more if the issue comes back.

Love this brand. So far, all the supplements I have from Doctors Best works really well! Never disappointed. And I know it works, due to having to have blood work done at my doctor's office every 3 months due to medication & health conditions I currently have. My supplements have helped make a positive difference. And half of the supplements I take are by this brand. My magnesium levels have gone from low to normal. Buy it!

The label is deliberately deceptive to look like the other tablets that are 100 mg each tablet. This is 50mg each capsule. I won't buy this again. I'm looking for a different brand altogether.EDIT: I have to change my review. I take less of this magnesium to get better effects of the other magnesium. I think the delivery in this one is better absorbed. It's working great and I take less.

ChatGPT suggested these for digestion. I’ve used them for a few days and I can’t swear to their effectiveness just yet , but they haven’t upset my stomach and I thought they were reasonably priced.
