Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

I bought these stretch loops on the advise of a Physical Therapist who is helping me re-habilitate a rotator cuff, and they are working well for that. I am in my middle 80's, and, for me. very big side benefit is that they help with strengthening, and preserving, all the muscle systems in my arms, shoulders, middle, upper back, Serratus and lats, as well as upper abs. I can simulate different weight exercises, like chest rows, and curls. Just a few minutes a day is all that is needed for an old guy like me.

With Fit Simplify bands I am able to do the same exercises my physical therapist had me do to recover from rotator cuff surgery. I was told to keep those connector muscles strong to avoid future issues with my rotator cuff and Fit Simplify makes that easy. They are portable and contrary to my first impression when I took them out of the box, are plenty long enough to do every exercise I need. AND I really like the hip exercises which I've not been able to get through other means. I hike a lot through the woods and need all the muscle support I can get.

These bands are really good. I work from home and sit on my chair most of the day and these bands help me become more flexible. I use them to stretch and do some exercises to get moving inside the house. I haven't been able to use all of the bands inside but so far, the green and the black ones are my favorite to work on my shoulders and my legs. It hasn't broken down on me like the ones I bought before and I hope that these are sturdy.

Great! For what I use it for I could have just had the heavy band or maybe the medium and heavy. Not sure if it’s necessary to have all of the options, but I think that just depends on you. Quality is great and I like having the storage back.

Good value considering there’s many bands ranging from extra light to extra heavy. It’s great for beginners and great for people who are more experienced and work out heavier. There are middle strength ones

i used to use these all the time! lasted for many years until i stopped using them, they got too hot/kinda melted together and broke when i tried using them the other day haha oops

Purchased to help with hip and glute strength and stability. Products are light weight, easy to use and marked well. They don't take up a lot of space and there are a variety of sizes which helps with improving strenght.
