Q: Does this work with anything from 1993 to 2021? Also can anybody please tell me why mh Amazon kreps going to Spanish??

This will work on all OBD2 which is 1996 to current also a few 1995 have an OBD2 connector. Can't answer your 2nd question.

Q: Does it support all type of cars when change the battery?

Yes, it can support all types of cars. It can use as a backup power when you change your car's battery.

Q: Is the 12V power adapter required to use the breakout box?

The data link connector (OBD2 port) will power the breakout box. The 12V power adaptor is for using the breakout box on the bench, either powering an ECU or other module.

Q: Is a J2534 still required for programming?
