Fix packing!
Needs to be packed so brass swivel does not break off like mind did again. Not hard to fix but took trip to town and time and a few bucks to fix.

The media could not be loaded. Great reel, terrible shipping. Very damaged but still works, won't go through the hassle of returning.. do yourself a favor and go buy at your welding store

UNHAPPY AND MAD
The hose reel was shipped quickly but the whip hose on the side to hook it up to the oxygen and propane was broken off and laying in the road, the hose reel was bent had to straighten it out very unhappy had to fix the hose reel before I could put it on Customers truck.
