Great softbox that is ready to go in no time at all.
There are only a few pieces of gear that go everywhere with me and this is one of them.I am a wedding photographer and I had been looking for a small portable light modifier for years when I finally found this. We need a small softbox for outdoor sessions where the wind prohibits us from using something larger. The quality of the softbox is fantastic - the fastener belt attaches quickly to my LP180s and Nikon flashes. I keep the baffle and white cover in place and just collapse is down in my camera bag so setup is quick and simple.I have used this at least 80 or 90 times and it hasn't given me a lick of trouble.

Worth Every Penny!
Worth every penny! Feels solid even though it’s extremely portable and fast to setup. Didn’t have a problem whatsoever with focusing on my canon 600ex flash and 5dsr. If you use flash photography, this is a must have. It will definitely up your photo game.

Overall the construction and quality is good. The tracks used to tighten the box to the flash are starting to wear and I have only owned this a few months. Perhaps I am too aggressive with tightening and the it's my fault the tracks are getting stripped - regardless it is still a problem for me. Otherwise this is great.

Flexible, portable design that provides soft box lighting in a pinch
This is a nice little portable design that provides you with soft box style lighting when you need to be mobile. While this doesn't provide as nice of a soft lighting as a large softbox, it does provide fairly nice camera lighting when a stand and large softbox isn't an option. Because of it's smaller size, you would want it as close as possible to the subject to provide as soft as lighting as possible. However, whatever the distance, it certainly provides a softer light than a bare flash would provide. I've used this shooting one-handed and holding it using an off-camera shoe cord, as well as a radio trigger. Or, on mobile baby shoots while having an assistant holding it. I think, because of it's size relative to a baby, it provides a nice soft light assuming you can get in close enough. I've even used this as a fill light in a studio to light particular parts of a scene where I can sneak it in close without getting into the camera frame, as well as using it to light backdrops. So, bottom line, for what this is it does a pretty good job. It provides you with flexibility and much better lighting than a bare flash.

Best mini-softbox I've used
Easiest to set up and attach to a speedlight and produces nice, soft light for portraits, if you position it close to your subject.

Handle with care...
Good product (though feels a bit flimsy around the plastic hinges, use carefully), it collapses easily and fits within the provided carry pack. There's extra room in the bag for small accessories/items, like flash color gels, extra batteries, sync cord, etc.
