A spectacular buddy you can have to HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE and keep you from DISTRACTIONS. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to INTERVAL training. I work out at home and in the best shape of my life THANKS to having the accountability of this extremely reliable timer. Just designed perfectly to keep you going on those sets and allow u to breath in between at ur desired pace. Solid solid product ! I own THREE OF THEM!

I bought this for my boyfriend. He uses it at the gym when he trains his fighters. It looked very nice, not cheap. He says that it is easy to read under the gym lights. It keeps accurate time. It fits easily into his palm and finger for tracking time. There was no installation required.

Arrived in a timely manner. Package was deliverer securely without damage. Purchased attempting to improve my long distance run time. Great interval trainer. I couldn’t figure how to do the same thing on my Garmin 955 :(. This item is super easy to setup and use. Great vibrations to let you know the interval times.

I needed a timer to so some intervals during workouts. I have an app on my phone, but it wasn't convenient since I like to use that to pump music into my music server. So wanted a standalone timer that was easy to setup and carry around. This Gymboss is pretty easy to set up - in fact easier than the phone app I have. One minor gripe (I have several with the phone app!) is the awkward end of routine timer. You have to press the left-side button twice to stop the alert once the routine is finished. Nice additions are the rubberized finish on the timer and the clip on the back. The fact that it runs on a AAA battery makes it easy to get new batteries as well. All in all a great timer for performing intervals or pretty much any timing need.

I am updating my review on this fitness timer. I have had two of them and the last one lasted 10 months. Yes they are very easy to use and change workout intervals, times, and rest periods but the clip does not hold that well. I have dropped both of them while changing in or out of work out clothes. The first one the clip did not hold and it fell on the floor and the plastic screen shattered. It still works but honestly it should not have broken from a simple 3 foot fall. Then again the second one I dropped while I was putting it back in m gym bag and nothing works now. I thought maybe taking the battery out and even put in anew one might work but no, it is history. At this price they should last several months not break if you accidently drop them on the bathroom floor. If the clip held better then I would not have dropped either one.
