While the shipping was good, the product came with no installation instructions or even a site to download the instructions. I have a feeling that thete will be no future support either. Another sad attempt at android radio purchase.

I had high hopes for this Android head unit. Got it in and it looked pretty well made. But then I started the install, the size of the faceplate was too large for a Merta or a Scosche opening and 3 sides needed to be cut to make it fit. Okay... done. Turned on the radio for the first time and got a Android 6 warning message. I thought it was an Android 8.1?!? Booo! Turned the volume down because the default level was 15 and the touch button was no where near the (-) icon on the faceplate?!? Next, the backup camera; works great BUT!!!, there is no quick boot on this unit so EVERY TIME you turn your car off and then back on, it has to reboot (35 seconds) and you can not use the backup camera until it’s done!!! The radio app sucks. You turn it on and hear every radio station on am and then finds the one you have previously set the station to and the radio will continue to play even if you listen to music via USB or other apps like radio.com or Amazon Music!?! Spelling errors are also noticeable with on-screen instructions. This one I just laugh at.1) oversized faceplate makes for an almost impossible install2) no quick boot3) boot needs to finish before back-up camera works4) Android 6.0 OS5) am/fm radio has to be manually closed to stop working6) built-in microphone is too low for caller to hear your voice7) modifications could not be made in factory set-up screen to fix issues (8888 is the code to try and make changes)

The item was not exactly as described. I contacted the seller about the issue and they offered me some possible remedies. After initial remedies failed they offered me a few additional remedies and we were able to make a compromise. The radio worked, just wasn't exactly as described. The radio works well and I have it still. The product works as intended and I am okay with it after the seller came to a resolution with me.THIS IS A GREAT SELLER! They stand by their product and will make their customers happy if need be! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for car electronics.

out of all of the aftermarket radios that I have ever installed in vehicles and I've been doing this for years this is the most disappointing install ever! I previously had an aftermarket radio installed in my vehicle in attempted to replace it with this touch screen, I already had a conversion harness for the previous radio making the wiring to the speakers power and antenna and ground simple. All of my speakers for the vehicle work fine with the aftermarket radio. Now only my subwoofers work and I cannot find out why I am not getting sound to my door speakers. trying to diagnose if there is a short with the speakers but I am unsure and it is extremely frustrating installing a radio should never be this difficult. If I cannot figure this issue out I may end up thrashing radio it purchasing from a department store with professional install for once. I will not be purchasing touch screens from Amazon again. Especially not from this name brand or model.

I have to say I was surprised. The unit is very small. Since there is no CD/DVD drive, it’s only the depth of an old school faceplate! (Maybe a little bit deeper than that but close)The screen is sharp and crisp. The touchscreen works well. The sound is INCREDIBLE. I don’t know how many watts per channel the company is claiming, but I would honestly say it’s powerful. I installed car stereos for 20 years and this was an easy install. It came with its own ISO mount brackets and screws.It connected right to my phone and worked with my WIFI immediately. Havent tried GPS yet since the car is not on the road until I can get to DMV but I would bet it works, based on everything else working so far.All in all, I’m super happy that I selected this one and not another for less money. I like this one very much so far and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lower cost, HIGH value double din unit. GPS was a bonus. Who needs it now a days with phones. But it comes with that.The only two negatives I would give are the following;1) when I was using Bluetooth to play music from my phone, it allowed the regular FM radio and my phone music to play simultaneously. After shutting it off, it stopped, but it concerned me for a minute. It seems to have gone away but we shall see.2) No Cage. A double din installation Cage would be mint. I really need it for my application. The isomount allows me to rig something but it’s by no means solid or secure. I’m crossing my fingers that I have some sort of old Cage in the basement. Again note, this is a really shallow depth radio. So I would imagine there is no cage that would technically “work” for it. But I would try! Other than that, this radio is so worth the money I payed. I love it
