This is a spice blend that allows you to add nothing else to your food and still get a tasty dish! All you have to do is mix a modest amount in a liquid base, such as water, broth, or even olive oil, marinate your food in it (vegetables, meat, fish, ... or add it to your sauces or soups) for just a few minutes, ... and voila!!!!! But remember, small amounts until you learn how to play with the concentration. This blend is intense! This will definitely become a permanent feature in my pantry!!!

Grrat addition to doshes, a little high in salt but flavor is on point. Small bag but you don't need a whole lot of it to get flavor.

This spice mix is mostly salt. There are two mushroom powders (shiitake and porcini) so it smells great but salt is the first ingredient. My fault for not reading the label the way I would have in the store.

Works wonders on eggs

Salt was the first and main ingredient in this blend, and you taste it! I should have read the ingredients better, and paid attention to the reviews. It’s expensive, if you break it down to ounces, but the low price to try it got me. But the quality isn’t there.If you use it, add salt after tasting your dish. That will make or break your dish.There are many other products that are all mushrooms, some up to 10-14 different types of mushrooms! But that is all that is in them. Read labels. Don’t be like me, and just buy late at night!

I never thought to check the sodium content. This is pure table salt w no option to return 250 mg per 1/4 tsp. Yuk going in the trash . I ordered another Harrissa herb i imagine it is the same . Do not wast your money on this brand

It adds a tasty flavor to some of my recipes and not too salty so I can use it even if I'm using another salty condiment/spice. Thank you.
