Q: Is the product supposed to come wrapped in plastic? Mine wasn't and it feels suspiciously like its been previously opened and then made to look new.

i'm pretty sure it came wrapped - but don't waste your money - it had absolutely no effect. and apparently there is a time-constraint on returning.
