Excellent airfiter

Not very impressed with the purchase of this filter. They used to be around $30 on Amazon Canada give or take a couple dollars, now they’re charging $50 for them. The air purifier alone is $100 on sale so it seems a bit much to be charging $50 each time for a new filter. Furthermore, in every previous purchase of these filters, they came in an official Levoit box with proper packaging and instructions. This filter came solely wrapped in plastic which now makes me question its authenticity as a Levoit product. However, it does seem to fit correctly and snuggly into the purifier and I was able to reset the filter button. Really disappointed though in the price point but didn’t have a choice as it would have taken too long to ship one in from the US.

The purifier itself works really well and over the past 2 years alleviated a lot of irritation caused by allergies. However, when it comes time to replacing the filter, unless you live in the US it doesn't seem possible to buy authentic replacements. As other people have commented, unlike in the past, this time around my replacement filter arrived in a brown box, no instructions, no sign of authenticity (in fact, the Levoit "logo" looks like it was printed on someone's home printer, cut it and glued on the plastic packaging-super sketchy) and feels cheaper. There's also a rattling sound in the replacement that was not present with the original. I'm almost certain this isn't an authentic replacement, but what's disappointing is that on the Levoit website itself it tells clients outside of the US to purchase replacement filters from amazon...which are not authentic.Conclusion: though the purifier is great, not worth the purchase since filter replacement in the long run is questionable. Better invest in a purifier with easy to access, genuine filter replacement filters.

I changed the filters regularly but it did not save the purifier from dying after about 2 years. I would recommend a higher quality brand of purifier.

Nuestro aparato nos ha mandado el aviso de que necesitaba cambio de filtro y hemos optado por comprar el original, ya que estamos muy contentos con el funcionamiento del anterior.Realmente se aprecia como purifica el aire e incluso lo hemos podido constatar ya que también tenemos un medidos de CO2 que contabiliza partículas. Especialmente cuando estamos varios en la misma habitación al ponerlo en marcha bajan los niveles de partículas y desaparecen los olores.mur recomendable

Original Filter where after replacement you will notice the difference in the air, smell, freshness but only for a bedroom with this. For bigger spaces better have a large one. Sleep mode is very noisy so unless you have heavy sleep it's gonna be hard to sleep with this.
