This has quickly become a handy pan for everyday cooking. The 11-inch size gives plenty of room for pancakes, eggs, grilled sandwiches, and other quick meals. Food releases easily from the nonstick surface, and cleanup has been simple. It heats evenly, and the silicone grip makes the handle comfortable to hold. I also like the square shape because it gives you a little more usable cooking space than a typical round pan.

Non stick copper is so easy to clean. The handle is very sturdy. Well made. Everything cooks evenly.

I like it but the curved shape to it is annoying bc pancake batter and eggs run to the side.

I picked up this 11-inch square griddle pan to make weekend breakfasts a little smoother for my wife and our three kids, and it has quickly become my most used piece of cookware. The square shape gives me so much more surface area than a standard round skillet, meaning I can cook multiple pancakes, bacon strips, or eggs at the same time without crowding the pan and slowing down the morning routine. The induction base is fantastic. It heats up incredibly fast and evenly across the entire surface—I haven't noticed any hot spots that burn the food in the center while leaving the edges raw. I’ve been using the NutriChef 11-Inch Square Griddle Pan for breakfast foods and everyday cooking. The size has been really convenient. There’s enough surface area for pancakes, eggs, bacon or grilled sandwiches. The nonstick surface has worked well and makes flipping food and cleaning up afterward much easier. I’ve needed very little oil, and food releases without much effort. The square shape also gives me a little more usable cooking space than some of my round pans. The induction base heats evenly, and the pan feels sturdy without being overly heavy. The handle is comfortable to hold and gives me good control when moving it around the stovetop. I’ve washed it after regular use and the nonstick finish has remained smooth. It’s become a useful everyday pan for quick meals and breakfast cooking, especially when I want something easy to clean afterward.

The pan left marks on my glass top stove. I also had to use two spatulas to be able to flip my eggs as they kept moving when I tried to flip them. Not big enough edge on pan. I also tried to call a various times to let the company know but no luck & even though I left a message no one returned my call

Beautiful, solid pan with a big cooking surface. We’ve made wraps, pancakes, and veggie burgers with just a bit of oil, and nothing sticks. Easy to use, easy to clean. After three months of almost daily use, the copper coating still looks like new.

Ci cucino spesso le uova ed i pomodori insieme per il mio brunch . Mi da soddisfazione cucinare in questa padella, il calore si diffonde bene senza bruciare il cibo,il sapore dei cibi è fantastico anche perché non li altera .Mi piace anche esteticamente! Facile da pulire ,mi raccomando usate solo la parte morbida della spugnetta e ungetela prima di cuocere i cibi . La consiglio vivamente !
