Broan-NuTone 15TCOD Odor Control Disc for Trash Compactor, 6-Month System, 6.7" x 6.7" x 1.7',

Q: this disc does not seem to advance on its own - does anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem with the disc.

Q: I bought this replacement disc a month ago and noticed that I cannot reset the light from red to green

our trash compactor stopped having a green light shortly after we bought it. this replacement disc has nothing to do with the light, it's some sort of malfunction. we had it repaired once, but didn't bother after, because it didn't affect the performance of the compactor.

Q: I have a Broan model 105-D but don't know where this would fit. Any help?

Broan made a model 1050 trash compactor. This disk will not work with that unit. This disk was made for used with the 15WH, 15BL, 15SS, or 15XESS model trash compactors.

Q: Will this disk fit the viking trash compactor? It looks the same

I do not know as I have a Broan compactor. I can tell you that since I never dispose food in my trash compactor, I stopped using the odor control discs.
