Q: Will these fit on my big head? My head is in the top 1% bigness.

I have a huge head, about 7 3/4, they barely fit, when my hair grows out, they still cover my ears, but are uncomfortable.

Q: Are these muffs really NRR 34?

Mine came labeled as NRR 30 in the back but on the front there is a note 34 NRR physical method OSHA adjusted

Q: How durable is the headband? Is the headband a hard piece of plastic that can easily break? How comfortable is the headband?

I'm not sure what is under the cover of the headband. But the ear muffs have been very comfortable and fit well. Seems durable.

Q: my husband wears a XL hat will these fit his head?

i wear a 7 1/4 hat (average) and it is snug mostly because of strong springy fit
