I bought this years ago and just want amazon to stop asking for me to review it

The picture shows that it is black with raised lettering — this is not correct. Mine is all chrome plated. I'll be keeping it anyway as it is fairly easy to read. Other than that, it sounds a clear tone on all 13 positions. It's not 100% accurate. I would not use it to tune a guitar. For sounding the key when leading a choir of any size, this is as good as anything else nowadays and a lot easier than mucking about on your phone in an app. The nylon guide makes these even easier to use.

DON'T BUY THIS PITCH PIPE. Priced at around $5.98, I could not resist the price. I should have. The pitch pipe is cheaply made and the keys are off. It is not in tune. Did some research afterward. A good pitchpipe costs $30. Don't waste your money on a poorly made one. A pitch pipe is something that HAS to be correct when you use it. Buy a better one than this one.

Very poor item. Pitch pipe has several notes wrong. Not in tune. Please do not purchase this. I tried to tune it without luck.
