Worst service ever
Filed a claim on 08/20, today it's 09/12 and still no answer from asurion, keep calling and every day is a new excuse not to fulfill their protection obligations.Don't waste your money purchasing protection from asurion.

Comfort and relaxation knowing you are covered
Haven't had to use this yet but nothing is more comforting than using my several hundred dollar espresso machine every day and knowing if something goes wrong I can get it replaced. I no longer have to watch over it like a hawk when friends visit (non-covid) or my roomate needs a quick brew before work. Comfort and relaxation with my precious!

DAMAGED OVEN
I have not used the protection plan yet . I should have sent this Wolfgang Puck pressure oven back after I opened the box . It is damaged on the right rear corner of the unit , from top to bottom . It is very hard to open close the door ! It works fine , but when closing the door , I have to hold the unit on top and rally force the door to close ! I only bought this to replace the another pressure oven because of a faulty timer , and I could not find a timer anywhere !!!

Great Coverage
Like that this coverage was available at such a great price. Just bought a Breville Counter too Convection/Oven and wanted to be sure we had coverage for the just in case.
