Planning to recommend to all my friends - had great suction for pet hair and got in every corner and crevice around furniture that I can never get to. Did what would have taken an hour to do (and annoy me in the process) done within 3 minutes. Machine is also featherweight. I bought for touchups but will use to gather dog hair first and vacuum with my regular vac afterwards - also nothing for dog hair to get caught up on and clogged. Lived up (and beyond) what I expected of it and bought a 2nd separate one to use on the patio by the dog kennels (for dry conditions outside only of course) to get hair that gathers around there as well. Bravo!!! Plan to give it hard use - but even if it doesn't last a long time, it's well worth the price!!!UPDATE: Still love this machine but learned something by trial and error. Manual just tells you to open collection cup to empty - doesn't tell you HOW (typical manual...)! I broke the fragile handle for doing this first try as it appeared that you would probably twist it open. Collection cup however opens by PULLING the green part out. To remedy my problem, I got a dollar store pair of metal kitchen tongs with the serrated teeth on the end and used it to pull the green part out - worked beautifully and actually made it easier to align and reinsert that part back in after emptying the cup. Easy fix for the one badly engineered part on this item. Put it to a real test around my outdoor dog kennel on patio (removed the head and just used the wand) and it picked up the massive hair easily (as long as it hadn't already gotten matted down by getting wet by a spill or rain). This "not intended for" use did clog it slightly but was a breeze to dislodge (caution - do not use this outdoors if conditions are wet or damp at all for safety reasons!)The head on the end of the wand got me into areas around the house that I've never been able to get to because it pivots in all directions and is small. Also was a breeze using this on the staircase as it's featherweight and has a long cord. For someone with tile or hardwood flooring, would be a great substitute for a regular vacuum for an elderly or disabled person that can't use something that weighs a lot. Did pick up some bigger loose items on an area rug for a quick touchup but would need to use a regular vacuum for ingrained dirt (as not what this unit is made to do). VERY impressed with this machine!!!

I am not gonna lie, i was a little hesitant to the quality of this vacuum, because it was a really good price. But it is really great, and good for multipurpose. I am used to having a full sized vacuum and a handheld vacuum, but i recently down sized and came across this. This helps me save on space and get both my vacuums! You can switch from full sized stick vacuum to handheld, in about a minute. It has good sucking power and and easy to reach power bottom on the top of the handle. It also has a great design, the 90 degree fold, makes it very easy to get under furniture and hard to reach spaces. It also lays completely flat to get all the tough spots. It is also incredibly light weight, which is very important to me because it helps me maneuver it easier. It is also easy to empty and clean out. Great find!

I had the vacuum in my wishlist for a few months. Then I saw it was on sale. I ordered the vacuum Friday 7/29 and received in Saturday 7/31.It actually arrived in a small box. So I took it out and put it together, without the instructions. Honestly it’s very simple.I proceeded to vacuum my entire apartment. For an hour. I am truly IN LOVE with this machine. It’s very lightweight, easy to handle and gets EVERYTHING. I have two cats so there is always so much cat hair and litter everywhere.After I was done vacuuming, I wet swiffered my apartment. It was probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen the swiffer be. It was still dirty of course but the difference was awesome.I wanted to address some concerns I saw in reviews:1. it’s hard to clean out the filter: Actually it’s quite simple. You detach the top. Make sure to take it to your trash can. The clear part detaches from the white part pretty easily. You pull out the small filter. Shake that out. Then use the handle for the interior. Pull that out. You can shake out the canister and the rest of the filter. You may have to use your hands a bit.2. The cord is short: no, actually it’s pretty long. Pretty similar to that of regular sized vacuums.3. There’s no place to put the cord: if you wrap it up and use the Velcro, you can put it inside the handle.For $36 with shipping, this is my favorite purchase yet!Update 11/9/22:This was a great purchase but it has stopped having any suction for at least 6 months. I’m not too mad about it. Sad because it was good. I’ve cleaned it out thoroughly - it just won’t do the job now. I’d pass on buying this again.

After moving last year, we have all hardwood/vinyl flooring. I had a very strong carpet vacuum that is a bear to handle for wood floors and doesn't do as good a job there. So, after much searching, I ordered this little thing....I love it! Took it next door to do my son's flooring and his mil was in awe of it! She now wants one. It is a lightweight motor but heavy enough that you know it's pulling in the dirt. There is the spot on the handle that you push the connector and it bends it to be able to get under most furniture! Loving it for my cat's hair. The one thing I do not like about it is the dust cup. There are two ways to empty it and me being, well, me, I chose the hard way. There is a green filter cup inside the regular cup. It has a teeny, thin handle on it to pull it from the dust cup. Yeah, broke that the first day. On the other hand, there is an easy to push clamp on the front of the dust cup that opens a trap door on the back. From this you can dump most anything straight into the trash. Will this clean up carpet? NO! It doesn't even claim to, so don't try it. I did a small rug just to see. The dirt and dust on the floor is another story! If the one I just bought were to break down I would buy another! Cleans better than my Dustbuster. The cord is much longer than I expected from reviews. Since it is not battery powered, I feel the motor is stronger and doesn't lose suction. I know it's a long review but I can't say enough good about my little helper! I have arthritis in hands, knees and feet and this thing is a breeze for me to use!
