This was an exact replacement for a 2008 Honda Pilot VP PCV valve. It was a simple install only requiring a 10mm socket. It is plastic so be careful not to crack the new one from over tightening. My Honda has 97,000 miles on it and was burning oil, running very rough and getting very bad gas mileage. After install it seems to have solved most of those issues. They say this is a mainetence piece and should be replaced every 30k miles. Very easy install. It is located in front of the oil dipstick on this model Honda.

Perfect replacement as described. Be extremely cautious when removing the old 1 as it will break and need removed in sections if not careful. The job took way too long as mine broke inside the cover and came out in full...in 4 or 5 sections! New 1 in and hood closed 10min later.

Can't tell if it works or not, don't hear any ball or Spring rattle. Inside as usual

This valve started leaking after a few days of installed. I think the o rings are not thick enough so the valve seats loose even when the bolt is tightened. This causes oil to leak when the engine has created pressure. It leaks a lot.I recommend you try other sellers.And to add, I’m not new in doing repairs on my own so I installed this correctly and stilled failed.
