Timex Group B.V. is one of the best-known American watch companies. It is a great watch and looks great
I bought this watch for my husband to wear on a trip to Kenya in October. It is a great watch and looks great! In fact while visiting a Maasai Village in the Maasai Mara in Kenya, the son of the local Maasai Chief asked my husband if he would be willing to trade the watch for something. My husband looked at me and I said go ahead I'll order you a new one when we return home (which I promptly did on our return). So he made the trade and came home with the two hand beaded neck adornments that the Chiefs son was wearing! This is a great looking watch and keeps great time to boot! It came very quickly both times!!

Good Watch, Great Value!
The Watch is Great and well built for the rugged outdoors person. The Wristband should be the velcro wrap type, rather than the buckle. I'd buy another one when and if its needed.

Better than the picture.
The watch is better than expected. I bought another Timex and returned it the same day because it looked cheap but not this one. The colors are same as shown in the picture but it looks way better in person. Very sturdy, love the straps. Very happy with the purchase.

Mixed Review From Long-Time Timex Owner
I've used/abused multiple Ironman and Expedition watches over several decades. One previous watch had serial power issues which I decided to excuse. This is the second one that doesn't quite measure up and makes me less likely to stick with Timex.Disappointed with alarm volume (my last Ironman was much louder, and I used for daily wake-up).Also disappointed that Indiglo button failed within first couple of weeks of light use. I'll probably open it to see if I can re-align spring, but it is headache even if that works.Like the analog/digital mix and leather band, though I would have preferred more choices of non analog options with natural colors and fabric or leather bands. Other functions (primarily chrono) meet expectations, though I was surprised that my last Timex took year and automatically set day of the week. This one does not.

I love the looking and funtionality of this clock and this is not my first Timex, they usually do very good products. Anyway with this one I am very dessapointed as the digits in the led are not working properly, they just not complete. Seems to be a problem in the product. I'm wondering how does the guarantee of this product works, specially for someone that lives outside of the USA.

Be warned. This watch is massive and ugly.
This is easily the bulkiest, largest and most unattractive and watch I've ever owned. It's more like a wrist clock than a wrist watch. But it is functional and it seems to keep proper time. Don't buy this watch believing that it's anything but a very huge, thick time piece that will not compliment anything you could possibly wear. I would return it but it simply isn't worth the hassle.

Love this Timex watch
Love this Timex watch. Feels great...looks good for my military contractor work...tough and easy to use. I had some reservations about the band based on the descriptions online but I like it a lot. I would recommend this to anyone.
