Plano Magnum Spoon Storage Box, Clear, One Size (708020)

I really do. I was a little skeptical but wow! It keeps my expensive spoons from banging against each other and wearing the paint off. Keeps the hooks from getting dulled. I can see every spoon perfectly and find exactly what I'm looking for. The foam holds them securely but not so tight that I can't get them in or out. This is VERY cool!

Works very well for variety of spoons including magnums and j-plugs. Sturdy. Helps keeping things organized and minimizes wear

The first spoon box came within a week, but the foam inside was missing. I notified Amazon and they sent out another fishing spoon box before I could pack up the original box and send it back at no cost to me. Now that is taking good care of your customer! The spoon box is easy to use, the locks work smoothly and lock down firmly. You can put many spoons in this box and see every spoon no matter what size they are at a glance. The box is high enough to put 4 and 5 inch spoons in and see at least 1/2 of the spoon sticking out of the foam. Even my one inch Cleo spoons fit firmly and look just fine in the foam and box. I'm sure I have at least fifty spoons and could install more easily. I installed my spoons in different groups, for me it makes it easier and faster to pick the one spoon I need, man is this box nice. I even had enough space to put in five of my three and six inch Buck-tails and still plenty of room left. I do not have to open up any of my other fishing boxes to see all of my spoons anymore, there now all in one place, you can even see the spoons and buck-tails through the clear plastic. It is very easy to put your spoons in the foam and they stay in place, just a slight pull and the spoons come out. The foam is of good quality, seems to have a memory to it and moves back to its original place when you remove the spoon. What a great buy!

So far, this is the best way to store my salmon spoons. The only other ways are a tackle mate hanging style box which scrambles spoons into a mess when you tip it over in rough water or throwing them on the tackle tray, neither are good options. This box holds the spoons securely. I store mine hooks up, the picture shows hooks down which I can't quite understand, 4" magnum spoons have big hooks. The foam is cut out to hold about a hundred spoons but use some common sense so they aren't rubbing and you can put 50 or 60 painted spoons in no problem. It will hold probably 200 Sutton spoons if that's your style.

Capable of holding a lot of spoons of various sizes. But to be perfectly honest you could make your own as all it is, is a plastic box with a piece of foam that has slots cut in it. I do not regret buying it, but would probably make my own if additional storage is needed.

Bigger than you'd think it would be - I can't fit it in any storage compartment on my Tracker V16 so it sits on the deck.

got this for my dad for Christmas along with a bunch of spoons, and we both like it i put what i got him and what he had in it and it organizes everything nice. the rows are offset so its harder for hooks to grab each other. i have never not been happy with any Plano product i have bought over the years.

This tackle box is an efficient way to store my spoons. I used to carry two boxes with trays before getting this, so it has cut down on the clutter. It also fits neatly in my rod locker so it is out of the way.

The box is nicely set up for trolling spoons. It makes them easy to see, and categorize for colour. Hook protectors would be a welcome addition, because the baits are close together.

This box is perfect! Fits all my trolling spoons in it up to 5”. Pre cut foam inserts allow you to slide all the lures right in.

Works better than expected.

Love it. My lures keep getting tangled in the old box. Had to cut a few more slots for the small ones but that’s likely because I have too many. Makes them easy to find.
