fuel gel varies by company who makes it. Also the amount in the size of the product. More ounces, it lasts longer. I recommend Sterno, as in the past it has been the best for me. the Sterno with screw top wick lasts 6 hours but has a even flame. This fuel is capable of producing 890 BTU's per hour to allow for approximately 6 hours of burn time.
