These were life savers for my favorite pair of high heels that, unfortunately, kill my feet every time I wear them. I was able to cut them and put them where I needed them to be. these are a god send. i have to wear flats for work and none of them were ever comfortable and gave me blisters. i couldn’t take it anymore and tried these, i couldn’t recommend them enough. completely solved my problem and i wear my flats with no issues now. they will make the fit of your shoe the slightest bit more snug but nothing super noticeable.

Great product shoes fit like a glove now

Great for slip on flats when you don’t want your heel slipping out. Very thick padding and great adhesive. Made wearing my flats much more comfy. Also if your shoes are just a tiny bit big. These will help to make them stay on perfectly.

I bought these because my heel was slipping out. It did not stop that and they still fell off my feet. I think for heel slipping out, you need something more on the ball or toe to push foot back. But these are nice as far as stick good and for blisters on your heel. Just didn’t solve my problem for my heel coming out of my shoe.
