It's Not 100% Cotton. In fact, it's zero % cotton! Ooops, lost in translying? It is Modal a material that is knit from 95% Rayon or Viscose and 5% Spandex. Made in China.

Yes, there is one inner tie! It works pretty well.

The tag on the robe says 95% cotton and 5% spandex. It is not at all stretchy, but the spandex did stop it from shrinking. The fabric is comfortable to wear.
