Targeted/marketed for mustache use, this stuff is very nice. I've enjoyed it for the very few days I've used it and plan on using the rest. Quick to apply because easy to get out of the tin, which means if you are low.on time you can quickly apply it. It holds quite nicely in general for the day. I find when applying this stuff it's easy to get a quick natural look. I'm a dummy in this aspect, but I guess it's "water soluble" , meaning i for one can attest for sure of its nice solid easy going effortless natural look and you can still wash it out with water with out having problems. Versatile. worth a buy, as it could fit in even if it's just a part of your arsenal. This stuff is unique. 5 stars, happy

This has all the benefits of wax - memory, stiffness, natural ingredient based, protection from water - but this is WAY easier to apply and mold to shape! Absolutely genius product, never used anything like it before, and not gonna use anything else now.

I think the product works great, easy to apply, long lasting, not overly firm or shiny when done. Looks natural but well put together. My only issue is the smell. It being right under my nose I can smell it, and it sort of has a sour smell like old milk but not as extreme. It’s definitely unpleasant to me though. I will finish the tin and look into their scented options if they have any, but otherwise I have no problem with the product. 4 stars.

Now that I have a fully developed a mature beard and mustache, I've started going to the barber again, because I didn't lose my hair, it just seems to have moved. I call him my beard consultant. Because after consulting with him, he recommended mustache mud. I had to figure out what the heck that was and what he meant, and I'm glad I did.I really enjoy using this before eating. My mustache is as long as my beard, and my beard is full. Using this keeps the hair out of my soup and sandwiches, mostly.Easier to apply than wax, great for training.For me it doesn't replace wax, it fills a void. Now I use this to train, or before I eat, for a nice temporary hold with no residuals. If I want to use wax, I use this first, and then the wax. This stuff washes out easily, and leaves no residue. It doesn't have the hold of wax, but then again I don't think it's supposed to.I keep one in my (computer) bag, asked another by the TV. Simple to apply, no flaking. One of these small containers has lasted me a few months, and I only apply once or twice a day.So, while I'm still trying to figure things out, this definitely filled the void that wax was proving too difficult for. Now I use this mostly, and only wax when needed. I need to eat, but I don't need to be pretty 🙂

First time in using a wax in my life. Non smelling, easy to apply and holds great. Extremely satisfied.

Product works well and is easy to use, but results in a strange discoloration on light or grey hair.I really like the product, but the discoloration makes it unacceptable. Maybe OK for others.

This is—by far— the best product on the market.Several months ago, I first tried to grow a handlebar mustache. I was told to use some mustache wax. I bought some and it was almost as thick as candle wax. When I applied it, it didn’t blend in nicely. It formed clumps and was so tough to apply that some of my mustache hairs came out. Unfortunately, I thought that was normal.I tried this stuff and it was completely different. It has a consistency of a thick toothpaste. That worried me because I thought it would not hold. I was wrong! Within 30 seconds of applying it, it stiffens up and holds like glue. Actually, that’s not 100% correct— because you can’t comb thru glue, and with this stuff you can! It lasts for the whole day, but I normally reapply it after about 6-8 hours. And another thing: it’s water soluble, so it rinses out easily.But this. You WON’T regret it.

For the price, this is a nice product. Its texture is creamy or buttery, not waxy. This is nice for a quick application where you won’t have to use a hair dryer, and won’t have a sticky residue left on your fingers. This mud is not a strong hold, but that fine for me because on the rare occasion I choose to curl my mustache, I have other products more suited for that style.Most days I just want to continue training the mustache to part and stay off of my lips. This mud seems to be good for that.

Gouging price hikes! I paid $17 for two containers in December and now the price is $31! No thanks! Good product but not worth it at that price. I’ll just leave my morning yoghurt in my stache from now on.
