It is simple and does exactly as advertised, it is a monthly pill organizer that allows you to fill up for one month and not worry about it daily or even weekly, which was what I was doing before. There are three compartments for morning, afternoon, and evening which is perfect because I have medicine I have to take twice a day in morning and evening and then I put my vitamins in the afternoon slot. Compartments are medium sized, just big enough for slightly larger pills to fit in with smaller pills, but really big pills might have an issue. My favorite part is always that they are perfect sized to take in your pocket, so you can go out and not worry about being home to take your medicine, because you can keep it in your pocket--just remember to take water with you!

Well made, they look good, easy to fill, lots of space even for someone with as many medications as I am on. I definitely recommend!

I like this. I hate filling pill boxes so once this is filled it's over for a month. The box is compact and the room for pills is adequate.

Esthetically, this is a very nice looking dosette box. Very easy to use and feels like good quality plastics. Easy to order in a morn, noon, night configuration of 3 pots per stick. Sticks are numbered on the top so easy to keep track without opening anything. Load up and you'll be set up to a 31 day cycle + one stick has a smiling face emoji instead of 32, obvious why not, 32 day months are very rare these days. But it is kinda funny. Only one complaint and its not a big one; if you accidentally tip the whole base over the sticks do come out, everywhere! 2 minutes to reorder. 1 to 8 in 4 rows. Used it for months now and I highly recommend it. I have dishwasher'd and the text is still there and not dammage done. Looks cool, made well and yes, I'm buying more! They make a smaller 7 day one in a nice black leather carry case. 10 of 10 RECOMMENDED!

If you or the person you take care of has to take a lot of medications daily (even if it’s not a lot still use this) it is great to fill medications up once for the month. It is easy to fill and if I have to add other meds that we have run out of the doctor changed I can turn the starting day that needs it backwards and if there is a second med needed on a different day I can turn it backwards and upside down on the starting day. All the other daily meds are in the backward/upside down ones and I know where to start with filling the missing meds. It has saved time and frustration on having to refill medication holders weekly or biweekly. My daughter who is a transplant patient seen it when she came to visit and ordered one for herself. My mom who does my dads medication (Transplant Patient as well) had me order one for them too.

Our set was purchased for my mom who is 85 and it does not have a #5 day. It has two with #6!

I love the fact that I can grab and go. Slide it in my pocket and I'm off.
