Great training tool
Been a nurse a long time. Bought this to show my kids who are headed to nursing school. It is very realistic and great practice!

Thoroughly impressed. Great product
The product came in a timely manner. I haven’t practiced on it yet but the material it is made out of is similar to what we practice on in class. Reasonably priced

Horrible such a waste of money
Do not buy this. It broken immediately. Such a waste. Didn’t even hold the water in. It all just leaked right out.

hard to get fluid in
Great for practicing, its hard to get fluid in the tubes (i used water), but it does give you the flash when you insert IV

Not bad
Helps with needle Angles, anchoring and insertion technique. It doesn't hold fluid well so can't really practice flash back. Skin is sticky and thick but does the job.

Great
If you are in phlebotomy this is a good practice. A little hard putting the fluid in without making a mess. But other than that I like it and still use it

It works for vacutainer phlebotomy training.
I used it to train on phlebotomy with vacutainer. I used to use my own arm, but I'm getting too old for that.

Did not hold fluid after the first several pokes
I was so excited about this product. I'm in the process of learning venipuncture and figured this would be a great tool. First few "draws" were great but after that it started leaking from the top where I had poked through the tube. After a little while longer it started leaking out internally where I had poked through the side or bottom of the tube. At that point it wasn't retaining any more fluid, it was all leaking out. I will say, to the touch, the product feels pretty realistic (enough so that it was making my family cringe lol!). Inserting the needle isn't quite as realistic because there's much more resistance than actual flesh. That's understandable, it's not going to be something that's easily duplicated. Even with the resistance it still would have been helpful for learning depth & angles. Unfortunately, I'll probably be returning the product because without being able to fill the tubes and have them hold fluid there's no way of actually knowing if you're in the "vein". Can't recommend this product.
