Delivery agent, informed me at 5.17pm that he won't be delivering the product on 13th as the product came late, even though it was marked as out for delivery he told he haven't taken the product from office. But on 13th night at 8.05pm the agent called while I was on call with customer support. The call lasted for 30 seconds he didn't tell a word. After the call got disconnected I got an email of delivery attempt mentioning I was not contactable. I got to know the call was made
