Excellent tire compound, fit and performance
I have several sets of Hobbysoul 2.2 rims/ tires. The overall quality, performance and looks of their products are always outstanding! I just received my set of mud sljngers for my Redcat gen 8 scout. In my opinion, the tires have a med/ soft compound and are extremely aggressive (tacky) as far as grip. The tread patten is also very aggressive and continues around the side. Mounting was straight forward and easy. Good time check the drive train. Hobbysoul has outstanding customer service. I have about 7 sets of their products and a few are with adjustable offsets. Every now and then, a hole in the outer center hub strips out. I take photos of that when it happens and forward those to Hobbysoul. They always, without fail, respond in a day. That's due to the time diff. But man, I receive any and all defective parts from Hobbysoul, and repair my rims to like new condition. I have no problem paying $100-$140 for a set of their 2.2's just because of their above and beyond customer service! Let alone an awesome lineup of wheel and tire combos! I also ordered a set for my TRX4 21 Bronco. Excellent companyReceived and installed the same set on my TRX4 21 Bronco. Great traction, solid stance!
