USELESS...
This thing is almost 3 feet long.. only way this will fit your head is if you have a TUMOR and your head is swollen...The "gel" pack is just about 1" long, you can see it between my fingers in the picture...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE PULLED AND AMAZON SHOULD REIMBURSE ANYONE WHO PURCHASED THIS.

I used one of them no more than 5 times. There are two chambers containing the cooling material in the band, one of them is almost empty. I don't know if the cooling material leaked through the seams or through the cloth.The band probably helped somewhat with the heat but for the most part a terrycloth headband is a lot simpler and more absorbent. To keep cool one of the polyvinyl alcohol strips wrapped around my collar works much better.

Too cheap..its a waste
Maybe for an infant. I would still be scepticle. Not a lot of crystals and even so it feel warmer with it on. Your body heat overwhelms this thin fabric and few crystals very fast and holds it. Look for ones that can hold more and have a a more woven fabric. Old style bandanas have the right texture. This material is smooth and sits flush. So its not really effective. Hence they give you three which , if used at the same time, makes it too heavy. Basically cant work and if you try to stack them it gets worse. Excellent design to frustrate you

No Good!
These are 1/2 the width of a normal Chill-it bandana. Being so skinny, it does not work like the real ones. It provides a minor amount of relief and last for 5 minutes tops. I will search for the adult sized ones that actually work
