Renergie Lift Multi-Action SPF 15 Lifting and Firming Cream & Eye Cream

I was surprised and disappointed to find a giant air pocket in both jars. I took photos. They are dated. When I tapped them Down to get the air pocket out they were left less than half full. I have been using Lancôme for years and never seen an air pocket that seems to be quite deliberate entered into the middle of the jar so as not to have to fill it all the way. When you first open it all seemed fine. After a couple days there is a huge sink hole and only the sides and bottom had cream. Shameful that this distributor takes some product out before delivered and replaces it with an air bubble. I will never by from this distributor again and only use Lancôme’s official site. The photos show the progression of air being tapped out of the jar and just how much is left when done. Never have I come across this before. It started with the smaller eye cream. Which is quite obvious. Then I picked into the other with a Bobby pin to see how that one was filled. And the photos show the rest.

I use this product before and I only had to apply once a day but with this small sample had to apply three times a day also one jar was full and the others were half empty will not order again something wasn't right

Ordered this as a Christmas gift last year and it expired August 2019. I would never buy a skincare product that expired within the year. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Great product! It moisturizers my skin very well. In about a week I could notice some lifting. Strongly recommend this product.

As expensive as this line is, you'd' think you'd see he difference in just a couple or 3 weeks. But not. Money NOT well spent ! Also the jars were much smaller than I thought.

Seemed like the eye creme was a trial/freebie size. I think this purchase was a swizz. I wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone
