Purchased to have someone install for me.
Needed to replace the air shocks on my older Grand Marquis. Purchased these for that job and hired someone to install. The installation went very well and the mechanic said he was very pleased with parts. The parts sent were a perfect fit and exactly the right size . Mechanic said the parts looked well made and were a nice buy for the price. Very pleased with the product and the final installation. By purchasing the parts and having someone install them , I saved a ton of money. Very happy the way things went. Would purchase parts again if needed from this company.

Not easy to install due to the trouble taking the old ones out. New springs were easy to install and had all the parts needed . It works fine

Best way to get rid of air suspension and get back on the road on your Grand Marquis or Crown Vic
My good friend/elderly neighbor had his 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis rear air bags fail on him on the way home. I ordered these springs and shocks and deleted those bags forever for him. The ride quality is as good or better than factory. Ride height is perfect. I have a lift in my shop at our house. Made the installation very easy . Tools needed for easier installation....15mm gear wrench, 18mm gear wrench , long needle nose pliers to remove air bag retainer clip, wire cutters, vise grips to hold shock in place to loosen shock nut, also remove wheels to easily reach everything.

Good kit to replace air suspension. Half price of most other kits. So far working very well. Needed spring compressor for installation.

Fit perfect and now has the perfect ride height. Highly recommend if you're wanting to ditch the air suspension

We needed Shocks and Springs for our 1998 Lincoln Town Car. Springs worked. Shocks did not fit.
We installed the Springs but since the Shocks did not fit we wanted to send them back which was unfortunately not possible.
