Q: Can this be used in a mobile home

Yes, we had customer used this bracket in a mobil home before. This bracket needs about 2 inch space to mount the anchor and screws. Please make sure the window of you mobile home provides enough space, and the window should be sturdy enough for screw mounting. You may need to do some DIY to make it fit, such as mount a wood block to provide more mounting space.

Q: can the universal support bracket be used on a sliding casement window

I don't believe it has anything to do with the window type (as long as your A/C unit could get through and be mounted). It's just a bracket you need to secure onto the bottom window frame or right outside of the window (brick, concrete or wood). The bracket comes with enough mounting pads to support the clearance of your bottom window frame.

Q: Can this bracket be used in a casement window

I don't see why not. Keep in mind that you have to drill holes in the window frame to secure the bracket.
