I love this necklace overall. The dog tag pendant is just the size I wanted and is beautiful and shiny. And, I love the ball chain, although I wished I'd ordered a longer chain, but that's my problem, not a fault of the product or the seller. The packaging was very nice and the shipping was ok.The only problem is that the loop that the clasp latches onto is not big enough so it's VERY difficult to clasp. I plan to add an extension to make the chain longer so that will solve the problem for me, but might be a problem for others.

This is a nice product but extremely small! It gives the dimensions in the text but our attention was held by the graphic of a typical size dog tag. This is more charm bracelet or small pendant size. The company refunded our money but after a couple email exchanges pointing out the misleading graphic.

Chain broke after 6 weeks of wear

Overall she loved it but the dates were wrong.

As soon as I took the chain and tag out of the packaging I notice the tag was a little tarnished and had some small scratches on both faces, which to me seems it was already used or perhaps was not storage correctly in the warehouse. I understand silver can "oxidized" very easily but since this is suppose to be a brand-new item, well quality assurance didn't work for me on this order.I like the item in general but hopefully the vendor will be more proactive on delivering brand-new items.

Product scratched on both sides & extremely bad! I had my moms date she passed & my recovery date which both were so important! I was offended & hurt for lack of RESPECT!!!! Only positive is I did receive a refund! Listen to reviews because I chose to HOPE & clearly disappointed

Very small and thin. I thought it would be bigger and thicker for $50 some dollars. See Pictures. Not a everyday necklace. We'll see how long this lasts. I have to be careful when I wear it. Chain is thin and flimsy too

I ordered this for my boyfriend for Christmas and had a personal message engraved. I was extremely unhappy with what I received. The tag was no bigger than the size of my thumb nail. I am waiting on a reply from the seller about a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

You definitely can't fit 5 letter on here, it's small, I can put initials, so will do that in the new year, but they said it is borderline too thin to engrave

Bought this for my teenage son - great price compared with other similar tags. The chain is a bit lighter than I was expecting but he loves it and its got a hallmark on it.
