You need to use a needle to create the hole. Then these insert easily & give instant fill. I love them.

OK this is my second time purchasing these because I do generally like them but I really wish it came with two (or more) needles instead of just one. I’m probably never going to use all 10 of these at once which means every time I do it, I have leftover thread, without a needle. Also, why doesn’t it say what gauge needle is included on the package? These two things are pretty frustrating. Other than that it’s a good product.

I ended up ruining most of them.I just couldn't get them right & the thread would come out w/needle.But I kept trying. You obviously need to make a hole where you want to start,I do like the L cannula due to easing my worry of poking vessles or nerves when using .You have to keep the bevel down,not up ,push in slowly, don't keep the needle part against your skin cause it will mess w/the thread.When I did get it right, they were amazing.Not sure if I will order more.It was such a waste of money because I got only 4 treads to work.The rest I had to trash

I made an entry hole and they placed well. I only used 2 one for each side, and the volume was outstanding! Very happy with this product and you get 20. I will buy again for sure! Love these

Great threads easy to use
