Taobaopit APH Arthur Kirkland Costume Short White Party Cosplay Wig

I bought this wig not expecting a great wig (according to the reviews, and especially how cheap it is listed as. I bought mine for about 8 dollars USD) but I was surprisingly super pleased with my purchase!. While i'm not using it for the character it's listed for, (I'm doing a Dave Strider cosplay, but this wig works very well for Rose too.) It's a perfect fit for the character! Just as an FYI, THIS WIG RUNS VERY SMALL. When I first put it on, it felt like it was fitted for a kid! I recommend that people with larger heads stay away from this wig! I'm only a Freshmen in highschool, so this wig may not end up fitting me as I get older... I also have A LOT of hair, and it was kind of hard to get all my hair inside the wig. The wig also came with a free hair net, which was actually very handy! I recommend that if you have long, especially thick hair like me, bring all your hair to the top of your head and go from thereOnce I got the wig on, it was very snug, which was good for me since I like to move my head around a lot, and i've had trouble with wigs falling off my head in the past. No matter how much my head shook, this wig stayed on! (Unless I headbanged or violently threw my head around, which is kinda a "duh, it's gonna come off" move anyway)The fibers on this wig are actually a very good quality as well. They're very soft and very shiny, but my only complaint is that the netting does show through slightly in some areas! Especially with the black hair net they sent me. Plus I have dark hair, which only makes my problem worse.The wig shipped very fast too. I ordered this wig very close to the end of August and it came in yesterday (9/1/16) about a week early then what it was supposed to, but for whoever orders it, depending on where you live, this probably won't be the exact case for you.And for anyone buying this wig to cosplay as APH England, the color of this wig is a little to light for his hair color. This wig is more of a bleach blonde instead of a "dirty blonde" (1st-4th season) or a golden blonde (5th- 6th season) color, so it looks a bit weird for England. It is a cheap, and pretty good quality alternative if you don't want to spend 15 bucks on a different wig, or you're running out of time for your cosplay. (I always do stuff 2-3 months in advance so I can make sure I have everything on time, and if something comes broken, damaged, faulty, wrong color, or never comes, ect., I always have enough time to fix it.)I have not tried to style this wig either (which I really don't need to do anyway) so I don't know how this thing will hold up to heat (preferably low heat I presume) or hairspray. Over all, I am very pleased with this wig. I would much rather give this wig a 4.5 (because of the size of the wig) instead of 5 stars, but I'm not a picky person, and for me, this wig is perfect!.

I've owned this wig for about 4 years now and while I've used it enough, it's not really a good quality wig even at $7. The biggest most glaring problem is the top. There is a giant weft that sticks out worse than a sore thumb and exposes a whole bunch of netting. This for the most part has never been an issue for me since I bought it for Rose Lalonde and I'm always wearing a chunky headband over that section to hold it down but anytime I wear a slightly smaller one, it's a fight to hold it down (seen sunrise photos). Needless to say without a head accessory it doesn't work. Initially I figure the weft is meant to be for an ahoge but the character it's listed for doesn't have one so it just seems more shoddy. The fibers themselves aren't too bad. I really like a more pale blonde as opposed to ones that look yellow and it gets that color down. The shine is a mixed bag however. Most of the time it has a very soft matte glow but every so often it get an ungodly costume store quality shine to it (see bad laptop photo in a green room). The wig fibers are kind of chunky too for which I usually enjoyed but also can be a negative quality since the clumps tend to look more unatural in the back. In the end, I'm on the search for a better wig. This one has served me ok but there are far better wigs around.

I bought this wig for my Alois Trancy cosplay. I was hesitant to purchase it, as the reviews were mixed, but I figured I had nothing to lose. The wig arrived about a week/10 days early, which is a plus. I had trouble putting it on, though. I have a large-ish head and long, thick hair. It's usually not a problem for wigs to fit over my head, but this one was quite small. I got it on with difficulty, but it looked okay. I brushed it out gently with my hands, and it shed like crazy. By the second time I put it on, my dark hair was visible at the crown. I've worn it with hats, but otherwise, it looks very unnatural. There are a few pluses here, though. It is matte and very close to the color in the photos. The wig is also very soft and not itchy. All in all, I wouldn't purchase this wig again, but it's good for occasional wear with hats and the like.

The colour in the wig picture is ((as mentioned in other reviews)) much paler than the actual colour of the wig. The wig itself is a very realistic ashy blonde. The fibers are very soft but it does tend to shed a bit at the bangs, which are also longer than the picture may lead you to believe. I intend on using this wig for a Rose Lalonde cosplay, I will finagle the styling of the bangs to make up for the hair on the back of my neck that is exposed. Besides the small cap and colour discrepancy I am overall satisfied with this wig and the price I paid for it!

I purchased this wig in mind for cosplaying Rose Lalonde from Homestuck. When I recieved this item, I quickly learned that it is longer in the back than what the picture shows, and also does not have the bangs styled correctly. While this wig still works out well for my Rose (and the long-style in the back can also work for Roxy Lalonde) it is not what any England/Arthur Kirkland Hetalia cosplayers will be searching for. But if you do wish to cosplay Rose/Roxy, it's not a bad wig for the price!

so I bought this for a Dave Strider cosplay, and I must say that it looks very nice. simple style, no part, and a small caucasian rubber/silicone circle under the calic on top to a rather realistic effect! I only subtracted a star because the actual structure of the wig is a little small, and the fibers do feel plasticy. but hey, It still works perfectly fine, and has a nice natural looking blend of colors so I did get more than i bargained for here!

It took a little while to get it but it was worth it. The package of the wig ws in great shape. I also liked that the wig had a netting on it so it didn't get messed up enroute to here. You will have to style it the way you want it which can be annoying but fun at the same time. It hides my daughter's long hair very nicely and now I am going to try it out.
