It's not hard to assemble but very time consuming. Once it's done it's fantastic looks real, easy to decorate. Totally pleased!

Bare spots on tree. Too use to a real tree!
I liked the tree,but I was disappointed in the bare spots. My fault. I bought impulsively.

Very Disappointed
I got this tree because my mom wanted a Balsam Hill tree really bad. So I bought this as an early Christmas gift. We are very disappointed. It took an hour to try to fluff the branches and it basically looks bald if you bump the tree it tips sideways very easily. It's supposed to be 6 ft tall but I'm 5'3 and it's not much taller then me. For the $200 I paid for this tree I should have just got one at Walmart. Very unhappy. I thought this was going to be a beautiful tree and it's just garbage. Now I'll have to buy another tree next year to replace this.

Not worth the money
Branches came off. It is NOT 6’ tall. Very disappointed in this Balsam Hill tree!! Bought for the Quality but it’s no better than $50.00 tree we already had😠

Not as tall as expected
Unfortunately this to me does not seem like a 6-foot tree it's smaller than what it stated but it is a nice beautiful tree it is easy to set up and to extend everything but just not as tall as what I thought or what they said

Never purchase from them again
I ordered a 7 ft tree it waS damaged. The bottom branch was hanging down . I attempted to fix it. I sent for a return told them the tree was damaged. I sent it back and I had to pay 49.12 to return the tree and was refused by balsam hill a refund for the shipping to return their tree. They claim I never said it was damaged even though Amazon said they were but Amazon was no help getting my money for the return back either. I found a much nicer tree at Lowes.
