Fit the Springfield 1911 A-1
Had a damaged one on my Springfield full size 1911-A1. They are not exactly the same as OEM. They have shorter thread base. You will need a thinner screwdriver blade than the Factory ones. They work with the VZ grips and Factory wood grips. They do work. I'll be ordering Factory ones just so all four of them match. Good to have around in a pinch

An Essential "Part" for replacing 1911 grip screws
I knew when I saw the number of replacement grip screw bushing on the market that I would probably need some one day, and it happened when I was changing grips on my Taurus PT 1911, and stripped one out. While I had to drill the damaged screw out, the bushing came out with a flat head screwdriver. I only needed to replace the one, but the others are "spares" for when I need one next. The Strike Industries bushing was a perfect match.

Great replacement grip screw
Bought a Crimson Trace laser sight for my 1911 45 Cal pistol and could not get one of the screws to release from the bushing. The bushing came out with the screw. The new bushings fit well and were the right height, just like the original.
