We use the Welch Allyn 777 Series 3.5V in a family practice office. This device worked better than expected and my physicians were happy with the purchase.

initially skeptical about buying a used-like new; 999 vs 500 usd. Looked into the seller and since he had very good reviews I decided to go for it. Seller packed it sealed, box with cushion to avoid damages in courier services. I took these photos probably two seconds ago, had it installed and its just as if it was new. No cups for otoscope just reminder.
