I’m not sure what my flow rate is? But I can tell you my flow rate doesn’t change until filter gets full. You will know when it is time to change it.

Q: What size Fitting is this npt? I need to convert to 1/4.

3/4" inlet and outlet fittings , This is a whole house filter which is inline at your 3/4 or 1/2 inch incoming waterline supply. If your reducing to 1/4" you got the wrong filter

Q: How many times can you wash this and reuse before it needs to be replaced. I’m on a well and we get a lot of sand and dirt after heavy rains.

a lot, I'm on a well with iron deposits , they are completely different then the paper ones , look into oxalic acid it will clean them like brand new , just follow the instructions and neutralize the acid with baking soda when done, there are youtube videos on the cleaning process
